Grad Ceremony Ticket Information
Each graduate will receive 3 free tickets in the week of May 11-15 for the Graduation Ceremony. If there are any tickets that you are not planning on using, please return them to the office. You will receive $10 for each returned ticket. There are graduates with large immediate families that would love the opportunity to pick up extra tickets for family members. Do not lose your tickets. You will need to submit them at the door to gain access into the venue. The seating is general so the seats are available on a first come first served basis.
Graduates who are requesting additional tickets, need to fill out a form in the office in the week of May 11-15. A fair and equitable system will be used to distribute extra tickets. The distribution of extra tickets will begin with 1 extra ticket per family that requests additional tickets. Ticket request forms must be submitted by Friday May 15. The cost for additional tickets is $10 each and must be paid at the time you submit your form for extra tickets.

These forms will be available near the end of April so you can get this started! Once seats are assigned, the student leader will be called down or parents will be called to pick up tickets. All student guests require a guest pass submitted and approved prior to the purchase of a ticket. Guest forms will be available in the office mid-April. Parents may purchase dinner tickets at the same time.
Special Note re Attendance Expectations

If graduates must miss classes on the Friday June 12 due to appointments, they are responsible for informing their teachers ahead of time and making up the missed work. Please do not call in to excuse students on the Friday. The students themselves must make arrangements with their teachers prior to June 11.
